I do not have the "enable audio enhancements" checkbox to uncheck, which version of windows are you running? Both boxes were originally checked.
I disabled both but it has not resolved the issue for me. Thank you for these great instructions! Since you said the mic works if you connect the external, perhaps work with that? Are your speakers external? You might have to re-insert them and select them as primary. You might have to reboot and re-check those settings after initializing them. It does not work on zoom only!!
